Northumberland Development and Construction Ltd

Our development company Northumberland Development and Construction Ltd (NDCL) was established in 2017 to work in conjunction with A McGann Building Contractors Ltd. Our first development, North Harbour Apartments, consisted of nine luxury apartments overlooking North Shields Fish Quay and was a great success.

More recently we have completed this beautiful, traditional style new build home with contemporary interior on the rural outskirts of Morpeth, Northumberland.

4 Bedroom New Build 

We are currently working on the roof of this spacious 4 bedroom home, designed by Acre Design Ltd, which we hope to release for sale in the late spring of 2024. We are excited to be finalising the designs for the bespoke porch and outdoor dining area.
